At the company’s second Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed. Chairman Graham Cooper commented:
"We are satisfied with the level of new business opportunities and we have a significant number of major contracts which are still under negotiation. I am confident of being able to report more fully in our interim statement."
