The Board of LitComp Plc ("LitComp" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of David Walmsley-McCarthy as Business Development Manager. David has extensive experience having worked for Browne Healthcare, Medical Device Services and Legal & General in similar capacities.

The Company has also appointed Michael Perry as Financial Controller who will report to Paul Lavender, Finance Director. Michael has worked as a senior financial controller for a number of small and medium sized service, leisure and motor distributor companies.

Both of these appointments are effective immediately.

Since joining OFEX in February 2002, the Company has continued to attract new clients and has taken instructions from 5 new legal practices.

The results for the year to 31 March 2002 will be announced on Tuesday 11 June 2002.
